A dental emergency starts with identifying the cause of the problem and making you comfortable whenever possible. The clinic keeps urgent slots available depending on the day’s schedule.

Before you come

When you call, tell us when the problem started, how severe it is and whether there are other symptoms. This helps the team organise the most appropriate response.

During the appointment

The dentist performs a focused examination and explains the next steps. Depending on the diagnosis, definitive treatment may be completed the same day or scheduled for a follow-up visit.

For major trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, rapidly spreading swelling or difficulty breathing, contact the appropriate emergency medical service immediately.

Planning your appointment

In Agadir, every appointment is guided by your clinical needs; any proposed treatment and estimate are explained before you decide.

Describe the problem when calling

Tell the team where the pain is, when it began and whether there is swelling, fever or a recent injury. Staff can then discuss whether an available appointment or another service is more appropriate. Online enquiries are not monitored as an emergency hotline.

When not to wait

Uncontrolled bleeding, difficulty breathing or swallowing, rapidly spreading swelling or a major injury warrant urgent help from appropriate emergency services. For non-life-threatening dental problems, contact a qualified dentist promptly.
